Matt is one of Montgomery’s Associate Directors and is a specialist legal recruiter with over 16 years of experience working in the legal sector.
After completing his business degree at the University of Wolverampton, Matt worked for several years in London focusing on the hiring requirements of magic circle, silver circle and leading US law firms. In late 2007 he relocated to Sydney and has subsequently built equally strong relationships with Australia’s top-tier, International and mid-tier law firms.
Matt’s focus has always been to deliver first class, professional recruitment solutions. He strives to offer ambitious lawyers an exceptional experience built upon deep market knowledge and trust. He believes in building long term relationships and enjoys working closely with those actively seeking to change jobs or those interested in confidentially “dipping a toe in the water”.
