Associate
Morgan is an Associate at Montgomery Advisory, specialising in advising in-house legal teams on recruitment across Australia whilst working alongside lawyers at all levels to secure their perfect next role. Her area focus is broad, spanning all industry sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals, logistics, infrastructure, real estate, FMCG, energy, not-for-profit and technology.
Morgan commenced her recruitment career at a boutique real estate and development agency specializing in national senior level recruitment. Following two fulfilling years in this role Morgan made the logical move to Montgomery Advisory where she now combines her recruitment and legal background to provide a bespoke consultancy approach underpinned by integrity, ethics, and a relationship centric view. Sourcing, both the right skill set, and the right culture fit is integral to Morgan’s recruitment philosophy.
By way of background, Morgan completed a bachelor’s degree in Law and Arts from the University of Sydney. Before moving into recruitment Morgan worked as a lawyer within the in-house legal team for one of Australia’s largest commercial and residential landlords and for a leading international construction dispute resolution team, where she was exposed to high level, complex disputes. As such, large personalities and intractable challenges are just part of the fun!
