Consultant
Renee joined Montgomery Advisory in 2023 as a Consultant to help lawyers find their ideal legal role and help clients find exceptional talent. Renee studied a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Law at the University of Technology Sydney, however, upon completing her degrees she made a conscious decision to pursue a career in legal recruitment as she was drawn to the dynamic and people-centric nature of the industry.
Her educational background, encompassing both legal and business provides her with a unique perspective and a strong foundation for understanding the intricacies of the legal profession and the corporate world alike. This interdisciplinary approach enables her to effectively communicate with candidates and clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Renee is passionate about education and spends her spare time tutoring HSC students. She also enjoys traveling and has a keen interest in fashion, finding joy in exploring new destinations and expressing her creativity through style.
