Rosie has a background recruiting In House legal roles and currently assists private practice law firms with their legal recruitment. She recruits junior level lawyers all the way through to special counsel positions and covers the full spectrum of practice areas including, but not limited to, corporate M&A, banking and finance, employment, environment and planning, real estate, commercial litigation, insolvency, and tax law.
Rosie is originally from London and after completing her arts degree with honours in Leeds she made the move to Sydney. Rosie commenced her recruitment career at a large, global agency specialising in banking, funds management, fin-techs and general financial services. After three successful years in this role Rosie was keen to further specialise in legal recruitment, so logically made the move to Montgomery Advisory.
Rosie invests heavily in all her respective relationships (both clients and candidates) and has a long-term approach. Rosie is down to earth and personable and is much appreciated for her honest and transparent nature.
