Sommer is the Director of Legal Support at Montgomery Advisory and has over 16 years’ experience as a legal recruiter in the Australian market.
Sommer recruits nationally for permanent and temporary roles including for legal secretaries, paralegals, practice and office managers, as well as personnel in HR, IT, finance, marketing and business development functions.
She works closely with both private practice and in-house clients on their legal support and shared services needs across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. Sommer has entrenched relationships with a range of top-tier, international, mid-tier and boutique firms, priding herself on her ability to cultivate and maintain long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
Previously Sommer was instrumental in the establishment and growth of the legal support and professional team at a global multi-disciplined agency where she led a specialist team of legal recruiters.
