Montgomery Advisory launched its Legal Support and Shared Services division in November 2019, making us one of the few truly full-service legal recruitment agencies in Australia.
Over the past 15 years, Director Sommer Bath has led the establishment of two successful Legal Support and Shared Services teams, and is now bringing her talent to Montgomery:

Montgomery Advisory Legal Support and Shared Services will be assisting our clients with both temporary and permanent roles nationally, including: Paralegals, Law Clerks, Legal Secretaries, Executive Assistants, Operations Managers, Practice Executives, Innovation Analysts, Practice Manager, Office Manager, HR Directors and Administrators, Learning and Development Officers, Recruiters, IT, Accounting/Finance, Reception, and Mailroom.
Our approach is to develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, investing time with both stakeholders to understand our client’s needs and our candidates’ experience. This coupled with our in-depth market knowledge, allows both to benefit and for us to add real value to the recruitment process.
